"Kind of messy and dated"
The site just feels outdated to me, like it hasn’t been refreshed in a while. It also looks a bit messy in places and I wasn’t really sure where to... yeah, it could use some cleanup.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
so... the box showed up a little crushed and the inside was kind of messy, but thankfully nothing was actually damaged. It was fine overall, just wish it had been packed a bit more securely.

I ordered this from jbdillon.com and, the main thing I remember is how cheap the material felt. It was thinner than I expected and kind of rough to the touch. Maybe I’m forgetting any of the positives because that stood out so much, but it just didn’t feel like something that would hold up for very long

"Really wish I’d ordered somewhere else"
I placed my order and got a delivery date, so I figured everything was set. Then the date kept shifting with barely any clear updates. I ended up having to chase them myself, and even after that, it still arrived later than promised. i regret ordering from them. If you need something on time, I wouldn’t count on them.

I was really hoping for better, but the stitching looked kinda uneven and the finish felt a bit rushed. For the price, it just didn’t feel worth it to me.

So... I reached out to jbdillon.com about my order and waited a few days, but never got any real response. I tried again through the contact form thinking maybe the first message got missed, and still nothing.
I get that things can happen, but the total silence was really frustrating. If customer service can’t answer a simple question, it makes me not feel great about ordering from them again.

"Decent info, but I wanted more"
I was browsing jbdillon.com and the product descriptions are fine overall. They give you the basic idea of the style and what the items are meant for, so it’s not confusing or anything.
The weird part is, even though the descriptions are okay, I still didn’t feel like I had enough to confidently buy. Some pages could really use more sizing info, material details, and maybe more real photos. Not bad, just a little too thin on details for me.

So... my order arrived with the wrong stuff, and when I tried to get it fixed, nobody really helped. Frustrating.

"Looks legit, but the experience felt a little impersonal"
I ordered from JB Dillon, and the item does seem real from what I can tell. The logo, tags, and overall feel all looked right, so I wouldn’t say I think it’s fake or anything like that.
That said, the packaging was plain, and there wasn’t much included to really prove authenticity. I also felt a bit like just another ticket number instead of an actual customer, which didn’t help my confidence. The order was fine overall, but I wish they were clearer about authenticity
"Has anyone else had a rough time exchanging?"
I tried to exchange my order it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. The replies took forever, and I kept having to ask the same questions because the instructions weren’t clear. By the time I finally got an answer, I didn’t even really want the item anymore. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me it was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order again if exchanges are always this difficult...

"Looked Better in the Photos"
Well... it wasn’t terrible or anything, but I was a little disappointed when I opened it. The photos online made it look nicer than it actually was, and the color seemed a bit different in person. Some of the details also didn’t look as clear as they did on the site.
Shipping was totally fine, so no complaints there. I just wish the pictures had been more accurate because I probably would’ve had a better idea of what I was really getting...

"Shipping was fine, just not that quick"
I ordered from jbdillon.com and the shipping was okay overall. It definitely didn’t take forever, but it wasn’t exactly fast either.
The tracking was a little slow to update, so for a couple days I wasn’t totally sure where my package was. Everything did show up in good condition though, so that part was fine.
Overall, I’d say the shipping was average. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in a big hurry to get it

It fits fine, so no real issue there, but comfort-wise... I don’t know, it’s just okay. I was kind of expecting it to feel a bit cozier, but it doesn’t really have that soft, comfy feel I hoped for.

I tried using jbdillon.com and it was frustrating. The pages felt clunky, it was hard to find what I needed, and it didn’t work very smoothly on my phone. I gave it a few minutes, but I just gave up. I get that no website is perfect, but it should at least be reasonably easy for people to use.

I ordered my usual size, but it fit super tight and just felt weird on. The size chart were not much help either, so I ended up sending it back. it was more hassle than it was worth.
